Hobbies: I love the ocean, animals, nature, sports, kayaking and hiking. I value spending time with my family, my pug Sam and my cat Zach.

Philosophy: I believe that every person should be educated about their body, know every option for their care, and have the knowledge to make the best decision for themselves. I believe in integrating proper nutrition and holistic care to restore balance to your body through finding the cause of the problem and not just treating symptoms.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a breadth of knowledge and experience in obstetrics, gynecology, nutrition, aesthetics and holistic wellness. I started my nursing career focusing on helping women, and have expanded my training and knowledge to care for families and individuals of any age group. I have been working in the medical field for 17 years gaining experience that has helped me throughout my career.

I believe that every person should be educated about their body, know every option for their care, and have the knowledge to make the best decision for themselves. I believe in integrating proper nutrition and holistic care to restore balance to your body through finding the cause of the problem and not just treating symptoms.

I offer aesthetic treatments to help people feel more confident about themselves. The aging process is inevitable, but there are options to help idle and soften the cosmetic effects. I see the beauty in everyone, but it is truly how you see yourself and your own reflection that carries with you. My goal is to have everyone feel great inside and out and to have the confidence to follow their heart, achieve their goals and start each day with a positive feeling when looking in the mirror.
